The cancellation deadline for registration and hotel accommodations is December 22, 2017. Cancellations past the due date will not be accepted. Pia Consultancy should be informed by written notification about registration cancellationrequests. The refunds will be realized with bank charges deductions for the cancellation requests made before December 22. Any cancellation requests received after December 22 will not be refunded.
All refunds will be realized after the congress.
