It will take place at the Radisson Blu Istanbul Hotel on 9 - 11 March 2018.

Distance to Airport

The hotel is 20 km away from Ataturk Airport.

Congress Registration

It is necessary to register to the congress in order to follow the scientific program. The registration  includes congress sessions, congress bag and documents, coffee break twice a day and lunch.

Participation Certificates

Participation certificates will be distributed on 11th of March at the congress registration desk.

Identification Badge

All participants, company executives and companions are required to wear badges throughout the scientific and social program during the congress.

Registration and Help Desks

Our guests will be welcomed by our experienced team who are responsible in the organization at the symposium hotel.

Cancellation

The deadline for registration and accommodation cancellation is Friday, December 22, 2017. Cancellations after  this date are non-refundable.
