1. The abstracts needs to be entered into the system via www.palyatif.org. The electronic system will be closed on the announced date.
2. Your registration process must be completed after the acceptance mail so that your abstracts can be presented in the meeting.
3. The deadline for submission of the final notification is Wednesday, 10 January 2018.

1. Abstract summaries are limited to 3000 characters.
2. When e-mailing your abstract summaries, please indicate your abstract preference as verbal or poster. The evaluation committee has the right to change the notifications as oral or poster presentations.
3. The title must reveal the content of the work. In the title of the abstract, all words except words that have a special meaning, such as pH or NaCl, should be written in capital letters. In the text, all abbreviation except for the chemical symbol and the international units shall be written in full opening with parenthesis for the first use.

The evaluation will be made by the notification evaluation committee and the names / surnames and institutions of the researchers will be kept confidential. At least one of the researchers must complete his/her congress registration before the notifications can be evaluated.

Feedback
Whether the notifications are accepted or not will be notified to the registered e-mail address on the system until Friday, February 9, 2018 along with e-mail containing the rules for preparing notifications.
